2、查看是否是病毒导致，杀一下毒上述操作没有问题，备份账套，卸载软件重新安装软件，卸载软件后，请手工删除安装目录下ufsmart和c盘下ufcomsql，两个文件夹，然后再重新安装，注意安装时要把杀毒软件等关闭，并将服务器和客户端都打上产品最新补丁，如果使用这个方法还是不行只能重新做系统，操作系统建议安装纯净版，不要安装ghost等版本。
