win10专业版安装T3不能用我的win10专业版为什么安装好11.2

在用友畅捷通T3财务软件的用友T3初始化模块中碰到如下 问题，win10专业版安装T3不能用，详细问题描述如下：

安装包的环境监测文件夹SQLServer2005_BCx64.msi，安装一下这个组件
